We need an Instructor or 2!

We train the right people to become instructors and then we hire those instructors. 

Training requires at least 3 months of correspondence work mixed
with one on one training with our Senior Instructor.

Hours of work can range from 12-30 hours per week.  Instructors must be available
to work after 3pm on weekdays and during the day on Saturdays.

This position is ideally suited to adults over the age of 25 who live very close to Spruce Grove or Stony Plain.

Driving instructors need to have:

• An excellent driving ability and a clean class 5 Alberta drivers licence or better
• A clean criminal record and vulnerable sector check
• Extremely clear oral and written communication in English
• A calm and level head
• Ability to inspire and create enthusiasm
• The ability to react to potentially dangerous situations
• A healthy dose of patience

Once your training is complete, there are 2 exams conducted by Alberta Transportation.  The first is a 70 question mulitiple choice exam.  The second is a 3 hour in-vehicle exam.  After you pass both exams, your starting wage will be $21 per hour.  

We provide everything you need to train, pass the exams and teach students in the vehicle.  All we ask in return is your commitment.
